Liposuction - Abdomen / Flanks Before & After Case 14, Coeur d'Alene, ID, Spokane, WA

This patient is a 40 year old hairdresser from North Idaho. Smartlipo was the procedure she had an interest in learning more about because it is “less invasive, less downtime, and lower cost” based on her research on liposuction in Spokane.  Previously, she has had a facial cosmetic surgery in Spokane, Washington. She was referred to our practice by another patient pleased with her own Smartlipo results. She is 5’10” and weighs 160 pounds. In mid October 2010 we performed tumescent liposuction on the abdomen and flank areas on the same day using the Smartlipo Triplex laser system. A total of 1.9 liters were removed from the upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and both flanks. The patient was very comfortable during the procedure drifting in and out of sleep, talking, and listening to music while lying on the heated bed. She returned the next day and had taken a few pain pills overnight. She had no bruising and said the experience “was much easier than I thought it would be”. She began a series of SmoothShapes laser lipomassage from Cynosure™ treatments two weeks post-op for improved healing and contour.  These follow-up photos were taken only 4 weeks after the procedure. She was back to full activity and exercise and was experiencing no pain.  Her Coeur d’ Alene Smartlipo experience made her “excited to wear my bikini next summer”.  In addition she has referred several of her friends and clients to see us for body sculpting.
